Includes basic travel (up to 25 miles), normal hours, sedation and pain meds, euthanasia, lock of hair and clay paw print. (Expect an additional fee of up to $125 if greater distances, large dog, or a holiday). This is also the fee if you plan on doing a home burial for your pet.

Your beloved pet will be cremated with other pets. Your pet’s ashes will not be returned to you. Includes Euthanasia as described above. (If more than 25 miles travel distance one way, there will be an additional fee.)

CLAY PAW PRINT – if you desire a second or more clay paw print, there is an additional $20 fee for each one. Please tell me ahead of time so I can have the clay prepared and available.
